RAMON Launches 2026 Campus Recruitment New Employee Training Program

On July 14, RAMON welcomed a new generation of talents as young professionals from across the country gathered in Changsha. The 11-day onboarding training program for the 2026 campus recruits officially commenced.

Continuing RAMON’s talent development system, this training program integrates physical team-building activities, immersive factory visits, multi-dimensional professional courses, and in-depth seminars led by senior executives. The program is designed to help new employees quickly adapt to their professional roles and begin their career journey with confidence.

Starting the Day with Energy and Discipline

In the early morning, all participants gathered on the training field and opened the first chapter of their training journey with sweat and determination.

Morning jogging and Baduanjin exercises have become part of RAMON employees’ daily routine. These activities help strengthen physical fitness, enhance team cohesion, and encourage everyone to embrace the day’s work and learning with enthusiasm and positive energy.

After the morning training, participants attended RAMON’s internal lecture hall, where they studied articles written by Dr. Tian Lu, Chairman of RAMON, and shared their insights.

For many years, RAMON has regarded learning and practical experience as the first lesson for new employees, guiding young talents to quickly integrate into the company culture and develop disciplined, proactive workplace habits.

Sharing Aspirations and Listening to Inspiring Guidance

Chairman Tian Lu and department leaders from three locations attended the opening ceremony of the campus recruitment training program, witnessing the arrival of a new generation of talents joining the RAMON family. At 9:00 a.m., participants watched the company promotional video and immersed themselves in RAMON’s journey of innovation and development — from the entrepreneurial spirit of three generations of RAMON employees dedicated to strengthening the nation through science and technology, to over 33 years of commitment to intelligent metallurgical equipment, as well as breakthroughs in overcoming technological barriers in the nuclear industry.

Filled with passion and pride, all participants sang the company anthem together. The phrase “RAMON people, never waste our youth” expressed their enthusiasm and sense of honor. With an energetic atmosphere throughout the venue, the 2026 campus recruitment training program officially began.

During the team presentation session, each group worked together to unleash their creativity on large sheets of paper, incorporating their expectations for personal growth and career goals. Like an endless canvas, RAMON provides a platform that supports every young talent in pursuing their dreams.

The four teams — Together Team, Forged Steel Team, Rare Talent Team, and Calabash Brothers Team — made their appearances one after another, with powerful slogans echoing throughout the venue. “A single spark can start a prairie fire” demonstrated their confidence and determination; “Strive for excellence and achieve outstanding results” expressed their ambition to pursue excellence; “Become stronger and keep growing stronger” reflected their pursuit of continuous improvement; and “Create miracles through perseverance, write brilliance through dedication” highlighted the meaning of youth and hard work.

These passionate commitments showcased youthful energy and determination. United as teams, the new employees set their goal to advance together in the field of intelligent manufacturing, contribute their passion on the RAMON platform, and embark on a promising future.

The sincere speeches from the new employees deeply touched everyone present. Chairman Tian Lu then delivered an inspiring and heartfelt speech. He warmly welcomed the young graduates joining RAMON and shared his own experiences in education and entrepreneurship, explaining RAMON’s commitment to deep industry cultivation and global technological leadership.

He compared the market to a battlefield and employees to warriors, encouraging everyone to develop the courage to overcome challenges and complete their transformation from students to professionals.

At the end of his speech, Chairman Tian encouraged all trainees to “carry the explosives” and become pioneers who take the lead in breaking through challenges, rather than “carry the hoe” and become people who settle for the status quo. He encouraged everyone to maintain an innovative and practical mindset, believing that every challenge can be overcome through determination and effort.

On-site Visit: An Immersive Experience of RAMON

Following the guidance of their team leaders, the trainees visited the corporate culture wall and explored the exhibition hall. Through the exhibits, they gained a comprehensive understanding of RAMON’s intelligent metallurgical equipment technologies and achievements.

They also entered the production workshop to observe equipment manufacturing processes up close and experience the company’s strong intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

This on-site exploration helped the new employees move beyond theoretical knowledge, deepen their understanding of the industry, and truly recognize the important role of their own positions within the industrial value chain.

Practical Courses Empower Multi-dimensional Growth

The afternoon training session began with engaging teamwork games, allowing trainees to quickly break the ice and strengthen communication.

Afterwards, they studied Chairman Tian Lu’s management work, “Ten Ways to Rapidly Improve Departmental Efficiency.” During group discussions, each team combined their learning with practical scenarios and developed feasible implementation solutions, enhancing their teamwork and problem-solving abilities through practical thinking.

Wuhan University alumni Mr. Long Yuqun and Mr. Liu Jian delivered RAMON’s featured talent development course, “Philosophy as a Methodology.”
