In the midsummer season, the long-awaited outdoor training and development activity of RAMON has finally arrived! On July 25, managers and reserve cadres from RAMON’s three locations in Changsha, Hengyang, and Beijing gathered at Heimifeng to participate in a “feast of light” personally delivered by Chairman Tian Lu throughout the entire program, including training courses on “Engineering Department SOP and Organizational Structure,” “Blue and White Porcelain,” and “Ten Principles of Management.”

Only This Green: A Unique Gift from Nature

Heimifeng has long been known as a “blessed land” with fresh air, excellent water quality, and dense forests. It is also regarded as a natural “oxygen bar” for people living in the city.

As everyone stepped into the mountain forest of Heimifeng, the first thing they felt was the vast green world surrounding them. The greenery that once seemed distant was now right in front of them, embracing everyone in its tranquility and beauty.

At 7:00 a.m., the trainees climbed the mountain and got ready for the day’s activities. Under Chairman Tian’s command, the morning mountain run officially began. Running through the forest trails and bathing in the morning sunlight, everyone breathed in the fragrance of greenery and enjoyed the beauty of the mountains.

Following the winding mountain roads, the team headed toward the reservoir. After passing through layers of green forests, a wide and clear reservoir came into view. Like a mirror, it reflected the blue sky, white clouds, and surrounding scenery. Immersed in this natural painting, everyone’s minds became calmer and more peaceful.

After the morning run, Chairman Tian led everyone through stretching exercises. Amid laughter and joy, everyone temporarily left behind the noise and worries of daily life, enjoying the beautiful moment surrounded by green grass and gentle breezes.

Looking into the distance, there were magnificent mountains; looking closer, there was a peaceful lake. This endless green scenery brought a sense of vitality and energy, making everyone feel refreshed and inspired. At that moment, all worries and pressures faded away, allowing everyone to become one with nature.

This RAMON Lecture covered three major topics: “Engineering Department SOP and Organizational Structure,” “Blue and White Porcelain,” and “Ten Principles of Management.”

During the training, Chairman Tian drew on extensive knowledge and real-world experience. The courses went beyond theoretical explanations, incorporating numerous practical cases and hands-on exercises. Through vivid examples and interactive practice, theoretical knowledge was transformed into practical methods that could be implemented in daily work.

Under Chairman Tian’s careful guidance, everyone continued to explore and deepen their understanding. It is believed that through this training, all participants will be able to combine theory with practice and fully benefit from Chairman Tian’s dedication and teaching.

During the training, participants actively shared their thoughts and raised questions. Chairman Tian patiently responded to their concerns, helping them solve difficulties encountered in their work, providing guidance, and pointing them toward future directions.

The trainees expressed that they would continue reading, learning, and applying the knowledge gained from the training into their work. They will continue to put learning into practice and uphold RAMON’s spirit of innovation and breakthrough.
