Primarily used in the molten iron pretreatment section, it achieves full-process automation, including automatic tank car movement and positioning, automatic tilting, automatic desulfurization, automatic slag removal, and automatic exit from the station. It effectively reduces the total desulfurization cycle time and desulfurization agent consumption, while establishing data connectivity between upstream and downstream processes to enable intelligent tracking and control.
