Spring breeze carries promises, flowers bloom in their own time. With dreams as vast as mountains and seas, we move forward fearlessly toward the future. On this special day dedicated to honoring women, RAMON Technology launched exclusive Women’s Day celebrations across three locations, extending the most sincere wishes and appreciation to every remarkable woman.

With Gifts as a Token of Appreciation, Heartfelt Wishes for You

To celebrate the festival and express appreciation for women, RAMON Changsha organized a special “Male Colleague Gift Presentation” event. Representing the company, Information Technology Department Manager Tian Zuguang extended sincere gratitude and warm wishes to all female employees.

He praised the outstanding contributions made by RAMON’s female employees in their respective positions, recognizing the strength of women who have grown from entry-level roles to management positions. He highlighted that “women are never weak; their gentleness carries great strength,” and expressed his hope to see more women showcase their talents and brilliance at RAMON.

Following the speech, Manager Tian Zuguang, together with Operations Department Manager Wang Hongyong, Deputy Director of R&D Department Wang Ziwei, and Deputy Director of Robot Division II Tan Manla, presented holiday gift packages and blessings to the “RAMON Goddesses.” The warm ceremony and heartfelt words gave everyone the strength to stay grounded while continuing to pursue growth and sunshine.

Female employees at RAMON Beijing also received heartfelt holiday blessings. In this vibrant spring season, every woman shined with confidence and brilliance.

Flowers Bloom at Fingertips, Beauty Shines with You

RAMON Hengyang brought a unique experience by introducing a traditional intangible cultural heritage velvet flower-making workshop to the workplace.

Accompanied by the elegant melody of “Jasmine Flower,” everyone focused on cutting wires, threading beads, and shaping floral arrangements. Through traditional techniques such as twisting threads, shaping petals, refining details, and assembling flowers, participants experienced the charm of ancient craftsmanship.

Just like every step women take in the workplace, the process required patience, creativity, attention to detail, and perseverance toward a clear goal.
