The children stood on tiptoe observing carefully, listened attentively, and transformed abstract metallurgical intelligent technologies into vivid experiences that could be seen and felt.

The Family Day event represents RAMON’s long-standing cultural tradition of putting people first and building a warm company family.

For seven consecutive years, Chairman Tian Lu has never been absent.

As the “parent” of the RAMON family, he puts aside his busy schedule to spend time with children, using sincere care and forward-looking vision to support their growth and bring warmth to employee families.

At the second-floor venue, a relaxed and heartwarming “Children’s Heart-to-Heart Conversation” began with the sound of young voices singing. Without formal lectures or rigid procedures, Chairman Tian became a caring friend to the children. Sitting together with them, he listened attentively to their innocent thoughts and sincere wishes. The children actively raised their hands and openly shared their hopes and expectations. Every word from them was sincere, pure, and deeply touching.

Growing Through Recognition, Encouragement, and Care. In an atmosphere where children were recognized, encouraged, and truly seen, they learned to express themselves, gained confidence, and developed a sense of gratitude. The warmth between parents and children quietly grew stronger, while the sense of belonging and happiness within the RAMON family became deeply rooted.

It is especially touching that one child who has participated in RAMON Family Day activities for seven consecutive years was once a young ninth-grade student. Today, this child is about to graduate from university, making this journey even more meaningful and memorable.

Holding handwritten gratitude cards, the children walked toward their parents, expressed their heartfelt appreciation, and shared warm embraces. The care that they were once shy to express and the gratitude hidden deep in their hearts were transformed into gentle hugs, filling the moment with warmth and healing emotions.

A variety of activities, including Tic-Tac-Toe challenges, “Catch the Goose,” Crossing the River by Stepping Stones, Chopsticks Ping-Pong Challenge, and Disc Tug-of-War, were launched with great excitement.

Parents and children formed teams, challenged themselves together, and strengthened their bonds through teamwork. There were no winners or losers on the playground — companionship itself was the greatest reward.

Through laughter and play, children gained happiness, while families became closer and more united. Everyone experienced double the joy and beauty through this immersive family companionship.

The event came to an end, but the warmth continued. At the conclusion of the activity, all families gathered together for family photos, preserving childhood innocence and capturing RAMON’s love and care.

During this Family Day event, RAMON Hengyang simultaneously launched its Children’s Day Parent-Child Celebration, allowing families from both locations to enjoy joyful moments together and share the warmth of family connection.

The event was filled with childlike joy and excitement. During the parent-child teamwork competition, activities such as following instructions, balloon transportation, blindfold challenges, and “Crossing the River” games were carried out one after another.

Parents and children worked together with great teamwork and understanding. In the children’s challenge competition, activities such as sandbag throwing, ring toss, and chopstick ball games brought endless fun. The children bravely completed challenges and gained valuable experiences.

Through games, everyone enjoyed happiness, experienced growth, and created beautiful memories through meaningful companionship.
