On May 11, 2019, with warm wind, warm air and many guests present, RAMON was decorated with lights and crowds, and the completion ceremony of the second phase RAMON R&D building was officially launched. On the occasion of the ceremony, RAMON CEO Mr. Tian Lu delivered a speech expressing his thanks to all the guests and "paint the eyes of lion", which implies good luck. After the ceremony, the distinguished guests visited the R&D building.

The second phase RAMON R&D building was officially launched on December 22, 2017 and took nearly two years to construct. The R&D building is a three-storey industrial factory building with steel structure and a part of six-storey factory building, office building and R&D building which covers an area of about 5,000 square meters. This building covers an area of about 17,000 square meters, it is a modern scientific research building with the first-class facilities and well-matched supporting facilities, and integrates office and leisure, which has been appraised as a high-quality construction project in Hunan.
