The eddy current sensor is used to detect the height of aluminum liquid level in the front tank. The electromagnetic signal given by the eddy current sensor generates the eddy current on the liquid aluminum surface, and the eddy current induces the induction signal on the sensor coil, whose intensity varies with the distance from the liquid aluminum surface to the bottom of the sensor. The induction signal of the sensor is transmitted to the sensor through the cable, and processed by the MEU, the liquid level height and various alarm information are given. The liquid level signal is sent to the PLC system, after information processing, logic judgment and control calculation by the multi-step adaptive feedforward intelligent control software, the opening degree of the stopper rod is controlled by the digital control motor to keep the liquid aluminum in the front tank at the predetermined level.
