RAMON Hydrogen Measurement Instrument

RM-300 Online Molten Steel Hydrogen Measurement System is composed of RM-300 online molten steel hydrogen measuring instrument, RM-301 pneumatic control box, RM-302 large screen display, measuring lance, and hydrogen measuring probe. Its feature of quick and accurate measurement represents the current advanced hydrogen measuring method globally. It can directly control the hydrogen content during steelmaking process, and all information related to the measuring process, results and other data can be clearly displayed on the instrument screen. Over 100,000 times of measurement data can be stored, inquired, and displayed on the screen at any time, also can be transmitted to other devices through Ethernet.

Technology Advantages
Integrated TCD sensor is influenced less by environmental factors. Repeatable error< 1 PPM.
Developed based on X86 platform, the system is equipped with various signal interfaces to realize the connection with the steel plant secondary network without adding other network devices. 
Over 100,000 times of measurement data can be stored for more than 10 years, providing reliable basis for process improvement (The data storage of similar products is 110 times).
RAMON remote assistant software can be embedded to ensure timely and reliable service (Optional).
