In many fields such as metallurgy blast furnace iron-making, oil and gas field exploitation and hazardous chemicals processing, the traditional manual inspection environment is harsh, working conditions are bad, and there are lots of safety risks. Besides, the phenomenon like strong labor intensity, low work efficiency, missed and false inspection is also very common. Therefore, for the production industry requiring large production area, many equipment and devices, or of which the process system is complex, or personnel allocation is few, unmanned inspection is quite necessary. RAMON Intelligent Iterative Inspection Robotcan replace manual labor and realize accurate and high efficient unattended.


Gas Leakage Detection

Three kinds of detection technologies--infrared imaging, gas detection sensor and laser telemetry are integrated to realize accurate detection of flammable and explosive gas leakage.

Image Recognition Inspection
TheHD camera module collects the field instrument information, uses image modeling recognition technology and deep learning algorithm to realize accurate detection of the field instrument data and status.

Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspection

The robot detects equipment infrared radiation based on infrared thermal imager technology, then converts the temperature distribution image of the target object into a video image by means of photoelectric conversion, electrical signal processing, etc

Sonic Detecting Technique

Analyze long-term historical data changes of the equipment with the acoustic spectrum analysis algorithm to predict the health status of field mechanical and operational equipmenthealth status effectively.
