Nuclear grade sealant

Owing to the extreme conditions such as radiation, high and low temperature and high voltage in which the nuclear power sensors work for a long time, the conventional sealing insulating materials are rapidly aging and ineffective under the conditions of γ - ray irradiation and high temperature, thus cannot effectively protect the electronic equipments of nuclear power plant, and greatly reduce the service life of the equipment. After design and synthesis, RAMON nuclear grade sealant can meet the secondary protection requirements of nuclear power and provide effective protection for nuclear power sensors.

Description

RAMON 3034 / 3033 thermosetting two-component epoxy resin sealant can meet the requirements of good temperature resistance, radiation resistance, sealing, insulation, high and low temperature impact resistance, etc.

Application: sensors for Karachi nuclear power plant in Pakistan

Good air tightness at 180 ℃ / 0.8MPa.
