RAMON Intelligent Sensor Detecting System
Product Functions
Intelligent sensor system is mainly used in mechanical rotating equipment such as manipulators, pumps, motors, bearings, fans, etc. By retrofitting vibration sensors, temperature sensors, oil level sensors, pressure sensors, attitude sensors and other sensors to the equipment, the on-line equipment monitoring,equipment abnormal state alarm and predictive maintenance can be realized, whichprovides predictive solutions for equipment maintenance.
System application
Intelligent sensor detection system applied to non-sinusoidal equipmentcanmonitor the condition of key equipment such as non-sinusoidal motor, screw rod, vibration table,etc,and alarm the failure of the equipment in advance. The main interface of the software will alarm the failure type, location, grade and code of the equipment in advance, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to quickly troubleshoot and achieve the purpose of predictive maintenance.
