RAMON Intelligent Unmanned Material Field System

RAMON intelligent unmanned material field system is the first one in China which achieves remote operation and unmanned operation of stacker-reclaimer through 3D coordinate transformation technology, 3D simulation technology of material stack and adaptive trajectory algorithm and other advanced technology, so as to achieve the automation of raw material in/out, coal blending, ore blending, and belt path selection, as well as unmanned operation of stacker-reclaimer and real-time dynamic fine management of material field actual data and finally realize the intelligent management of raw material yard.The system is applicable for circular stockyard, C-shape yard, open-air cantilever stacking and reclaiming equipment.
