• The Intelligent One-Key Steel Pouring System, based on industrial robots, realizes full-process unmanned operation on site, ranging from ladle unhooking detection to tundish automatic casting. It significantly reduces labor intensity, effectively improves casting efficiency and operational safety, and practically helps enterprises reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

• The Intelligent Scrap Grading System adopts the most advanced image detection algorithm, enabling real-time identification of the type, thickness and grade of scrap steel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The recognition accuracy of a single piece of scrap steel reaches more than 94.5%, and the accuracy at the whole-vehicle level is 95%, which completely solves the industry pain point of inaccurate manual grading.

• Ramon Intelligent Robot Series covers a variety of products such as temperature measurement and sampling, automatic slag adding and laser marking, which covers the entire iron and steel production process, realizes "unmanned" operation and promotes the upgrading of the production mode of steel plants.
