RAMON slag skimming control system was first supplied in JFE

Recently, RAMON automatic slag skimming control system developed by RAMON at first time in the world successfully entered  the Japanese market and reached an important cooperation with the Japanese steel giant JFE Steel Corporation (hereinafter referred to as JFE Steel).Not only is this the first activation of the RAMON automatic slag skimming control system in the Japanese market, but it is also the second application case in the overseas market. In addition, RAMON has supplied the system to other countries like India,etc. It is a big step that China intelligent technology developed, and approved that RAMON is at the top level in slag skimming technology.

As the world's leading steel enterprise group, JFE Steel has an annual output of up to 27 million tons, and its technical level and product quality are at the forefront of the industry. However, in the process of desulfurization and slag skimming of hot metal, the traditional manual operation has become a bottleneck restricting its further improvement in efficiency. In order to solve the problem, after in-depth technical meeting, studied and site visit, JFE Steel selected RAMON automatic slag skimming control system finally.
