Historically, the core technology of oxygen probes has been monopolized by foreign entities, forcing domestic iron and steel enterprises to rely on expensive imports, which has undoubtedly hindered the growth of China's steel industry. The RAMON oxygen probe comprises two configurations high oxygen and low oxygen, each tailored to distinct smelting environments, offering unique application benefits. The high oxygen probe excels in high-temperature, high-oxygen settings like converters and electric furnaces, swiftly determining carbon content. Conversely, the low oxygen probe is ideal for low-oxygen conditions, such as LF and RH refining furnaces, precisely measuring molten steel's temperature and oxygen content, while also facilitating swift assessments of acid-soluble aluminum and other critical indicators. Moreover, the temperature measuring thermocouple boasts an impressive accuracy of ±0.5℃, the oxygen potential measurement is equally precise at ±3 mV, and the overall measurement rate surpasses 98%, demonstrating exceptional performance.
