Smart eye removes three harms (sulfur, silicon, phosphorus) ---RAMON Intelligent Slag-raking System intelligent manufacturing shines

Based on current slag-raking situation in existing steel plant, RAMON company developed Intelligent Slag-raking System which is large-scale integrated system based on machine vision, intelligent sensor, deep learning and automatic control, realizes one-key automatic slag raking in hot metal desulfurization process.

RAMON automatic slag-raking system can achieve the following functions:

Total slag-raking time can be reduced by around 20%,

Iron loss can be reduced by more than 10%,

Automation availability rate is 90%.
