RAMON Robot Automatic Label Welding Project Helped Intelligent Production in Sanbao Steel

   In September 2019, RAMON Robot Automatic Label Welding project helped the intelligent production in Fujian Sanbao Steel Co., Ltd. This system integrates the functions of selecting and grabbing welding nails automatically, grabbing cards/aluminum cards automatically, automatic welding, printing cards automatically, cutting into a single card / aluminum card automatically, splitting aluminum cards automatically, engraving aluminum cards by laser automatically, etc., It has high degree of automation, the whole welding process does not need manual intervention and the welding success rate is 99.9%!

   The project has been put into operation and keeps stable running continuously for 3 months and meets the requirements of on-site automatic label welding since was successfully accepted on November 28, 2019.This is customer affirmation on RAMON strength of science and technology innovation. RAMON Robot Automatic Label Welding machine will be applied by more steel plants to promote intelligence in steelmaking industry.
