RAMON Ladle Slag Detection System (Vibration Type)
Functional Advantages
Strong anti-interference capability, the system is not affected by such operations as open or close of slide gate, ladle in position process, and crane movement etc.
Adopted with RAMON unique amplifier to amplify the useful signal to improve alarm accuracy.
Multiple algorithms are utilized to judge the slag carryover characteristics correctly.
Long service life of sensor and less maintenance cost.
The sprue imaging subsystem is available to be optional equipped if required to realize double assurance.
Equipped with tundish level control system to control tundish level stably meanwhile it has functions of shroud protection and tundish level rising in casting final stage.
