RAMON Ladle Slag Detection System (Vibration Type)
Strong anti-interference capability, the system is not affected by such operations as open or close of slide gate, ladle in position process, and crane movement etc.
Adopted with RAMON unique amplifier to amplify the useful signal to improve alarm accuracy.
Multiple algorithms are utilized to judge the slag carryover characteristics correctly.

The sprue imaging subsystem is available to be optional equipped if required to realize double assurance.
