RAMON Ladle Bottom Argon Blowing Automatic Control System

Based on machine vision, adopted with high resolution camera to shoot the molten steel of ladle, the image acquisition is processed by the industrial computer to analyze the molten steel range. The argon flow rate, pressure and blowing time are controlled automatically referring to the technological process. The automation level of argon blowing control is improved while labor intensity and unstable factor caused by manual experience judgment are reduced.
